Bacon Wrapped Smokies



10 x smoked cocktail sausages

5 x strips of bacon (sliced in half)

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce

½ tsp black pepper




  1. Wrap each smoked sausage in half a strip of bacon
  2. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes
  3. While the sausages are baking, in a sauce dish, combine the mayonnaise, Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce and black pepper. Mix thoroughly 
  4. Out of the oven, let the cocktail sausages cool on a napkin for 5 minutes 
  5. Serve with the Buffalo aioli and enjoy!
