Buffalo Chicken Sliders


2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce

½ tsp pepper

12 brioche slider buns

8 slice provolone cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tbsp pickle slices

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp garlic flakes



  1. In a bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce and pepper. 
  2. Mix thoroughly 
  3. Place the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of the slider buns
  4. Top with provolone cheese, shredded lettuce and pickle slices
  5. Place the top bun of the sliders
  6. Brush the brioche with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic flakes
  7. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and sliders are slightly toasted
  8. Out of the oven, let cool for 5 mins and enjoy!
