Cheesy Maple Bacon Ranch Potatoes


1 cup crumbled bacon 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

2 cups red skin potatoes

1 cup acorn squash, sliced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 cup Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp chopped chives 



  1. In a bowl, combine the crumbled bacon and maple syrup. Set aside 
  2. Chop the red skin potatoes in half and place in a bowl with the squash 
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Pour in Yo Mama’s Ranch Dressing and mix thoroughly 
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top
  6. Bake at 400F for 45 mins 
  7. Out of the oven, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 mins until the cheese melts
  8. Once the cheese is melted, garnish with fresh chives
  9. Enjoy!
