KETO Breakfast Plate



2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup portobello mushrooms

½ cup spinach

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

4 x eggs

¼ cup sliced cherry tomatoes

¾ avocado

3 x strips bacon

1 tbsp Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup




  1. In a medium pan on medium heat, add in olive oil and mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms for 2 mins
  2. Add in the spinach, salt and pepper and sauté until the spinach is cooked down 
  3. Add in 4 eggs and scramble the mixture until the eggs are cooked
  4. Transfer the egg mixture into a bowl and top with cherry tomatoes, avocado and bacon
  5. Drizzle with Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup and enjoy!
