Air Fried Buffalo Tofu



454g extra firm tofu 

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

½ cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce

⅓ cup ranch 

1 tsp fresh parsley




  1. Slice the tofu into bite sized cubes
  2. Place into a bowl and season with salt and pepper 
  3. Drizzle with olive oil 
  4. Air fry the tofu at 400F for 20 minutes 
  5. Out of the airfryer, place the tofu into a mixing bowl and evenly coat in Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce 
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley
  7. Serve with ranch and enjoy!
