Alfredo Croissant Bake


3 x eggs

¼ cup heavy cream

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp dried oregano

½ jar Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce 

4 x day-old croissants

½ cup small asparagus spears

7 x prosciutto slices

1 cup shaved mozzarella cheese


  1. In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper and dried oregano. Mix thoroughly.
  2.  Pour in Yo Mama’s Alfredo Sauce and mix. Set mixture aside
  3. Tear the croissants into 4 pieces and place them into a 9” x 9” baking dish
  4. Evenly place the asparagus and prosciutto over the croissants
  5. Pour in the Alfredo Mixture over the croissants and top with mozzarella cheese
  6. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
  7. Out of the oven, let cool for 5 minutes
  8. Slice and enjoy!
