Antipasto Salad


1 cup pickled artichoke hearts
½ cup sundried tomatoes
⅓ cup green olives
½ cup mini mozzarella
½ cup salami and genoa
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing
½ tsp chili flakes


  1. In a bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, salami and genoa 
  2. Sprinkle with black pepper 
  3. Drizzle with Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing and mix thoroughly 
  4. Garnish with red chili flakes 
  5. Enjoy!
