Balsamic Fajita Bowl




2 cups skirt steak strips 

1 + 1 tsp salt

1 + 1 tsp pepper

1 cup Yo Mama’s Balsamic Dressing

2 cups fajita veggies (sliced sweet peppers and onions) 

2 cups brown rice

Garnish: black pepper




  1. In a bowl, season the steak strips with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
  2. Pour in Yo Mama’s Balsamic Dressing and mix thoroughly. Let sit for 20 minutes 
  3. In a separate bowl, season the fajita veggies with the remaining salt and pepper and mix
  4. Air Fry the meat and veggies at 400F for 10 minutes 
  5. Out of the air fryer, place the meat over brown rice and garnish with black pepper
  6. Enjoy!
