BBQ Southwest Bowl


1 x lime

¼ cup grape tomatoes

½ red onion

3 cups brown rice

⅓ cup black beans

⅓ cup Mexican street corn

⅓ cup grilled chicken

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 tbsp cotija cheese

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s BBQ sauce



  1. Slice 1 lime into wedges and set aside
  2. Slice the grape tomatoes into quarters and roughly chop the red onion and set aside 
  3. Add cooked brown rice into a bowl and top with black beans, Mexican street corn, grilled chicken, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and cotija cheese 
  4. Drizzle ⅓ cup Yo Mama’s BBQ sauce over the bowl 
  5. Mix and enjoy!
