Breakfast Egg Bites


6 x large eggs

1.5 tsp salt

1.5 tsp pepper

⅓ cup crumbled bacon

⅓ cup sliced ham

1 cup shredded cheese

Garnish: dried parsley

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup



  1. Grease a large muffin tin and place 1 egg in each well 
  2. Season each egg with salt and pepper
  3. Lightly whisk each egg
  4. To each well, add in crumbled bacon, sliced ham and shredded cheese
  5. Garnish with dried parsley and bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes or until eggs are thoroughly cooked 
  6. Out of the oven, let cool for 5 minutes and remove from the muffin tin
  7. Enjoy with Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup!
