Brunch Mozzarella Toast



2 x sourdough bread

4 tbsp Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce

4 x mozzarella coins

4 x tomato slices

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

2 tsp chili flakes

2 tsp basil seasoning

2 tsp olive oil




  1. Top each slice of sourdough bread with Yo Mama’s Basil Sauce and spread evenly
  2. Add the mozzarella coins and tomato slices
  3. Garnish with salt, pepper, chili flakes, basil seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil 
  4. Toast until the cheese is melted and golden brown 
  5. Enjoy!
