Buffalo Chickpea and Chicken Pizza


1 can chickpeas, drained

1 cup cooked chicken breast

⅓ cup chopped sweet onion

1 cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce

1 x 12” round flatbread 

2 cups cheddar jack cheese

½ cup chopped peppers

⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese

¼ cup chopped cilantro 

1 tsp black pepper



  1. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, chicken breast, onion, Yo Mama’s Buffalo sauce and mix thoroughly. Set mixture aside
  2. Onto the flatbread, add cheddar jack cheese, the chickpea and chicken mixture, peppers, blue cheese, cilantro and black pepper
  3. Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes 
  4. Slice and Enjoy!
