Buffalo Shrimp Tacos



20 x raw shrimp

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce

¼ cup fresh cilantro 

10 x corn tortillas 

⅓ cup green salsa

1 cup mixed greens

⅓ cup pico de gallo

⅓ cup sour cream

Garnish: fresh cilantro, black pepper




  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, salt and pepper and Yo Mama’s Buffalo Sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside
  2. Air fry the shrimp at 350F for 8-10 minutes 
  3. Warm up 10 corn tortillas and double up tortillas for each taco. Recipe yields 5 tacos
  4. On each taco, add salsa, greens, shrimp, pico de gallo and sour cream 
  5. Chop up some fresh cilantro and garnish each taco with cilantro and black pepper 
  6. Enjoy!
