Burgundy Tomato Gallette


1 x pre-made pie crust 

4 tbsp Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine Sauce

½ cup bocconcini cheese 

½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes

Handful of spinach leaves

2 tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp black pepper



  1. Place pie crust flat on a baking tray
  2. Add 4 tbsp Yo Mama’s Burgundy Wine sauce and spread evenly on the crust, leaving a 1.5 inch border on all sides
  3. Place sliced bocconcini cheese in the centre
  4. Add sliced cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves 
  5. Fold the crust into the centre of the pie and push down on the corners to ensure there are no gaps present
  6. Brush the outer crust with olive oil 
  7. Season with black pepper
  8. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown
  9. Out of the oven, cool for 15 minutes 
  10. Slice and enjoy!
