Caprese Croissants


3 x large croissants 

3 tbsp Yo Mama’s Honey Balsamic Dressing 

9 x slices of prosciutto 

6 x tomato slices 

6 x bocconcini medallions 

9 x fresh basil leaves


  1. Slice each croissant in half and spread 1 tbsp of Yo Mama’s Balsamic dressing on each 
  2. To each croissant, add 3 slices of prosciutto, 2 tomato slices, 2 bocconcini medallions and 3 basil leaves 
  3. Once assembled, toast if desired 
  4. Enjoy!
