Carrot Croissants



225g crescent dough

1 x egg

225g cream cheese (softened)

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing & Dip

1 bunch curly parsley




  1. Divide the crescent dough into 4 equal pieces
  2. Roll the dough into long 8 inch tubes 
  3. Wrap the dough onto a baking cone and repeat with the remaining crescent dough pieces 
  4. Brush each cone with an egg wash 
  5. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown 
  6. While the croissants are baking, in a separate bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Yo Mama’s Italian Dressing & Dip. Place the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag
  7. Remove the croissants from the oven and let cool for 10 mins
  8. Slowly remove the croissants from the cones and pipe the cream cheese mixture into each cone 
  9. Stick a few stems of curly parsley into the cream cheese croissants
  10. Enjoy!
