Chianti Radiator Pasta


450 g Radiatore pasta

1 tbsp olive oil 

⅓ cup chopped garlic

⅓ cup chopped onion

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 jar Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp parmesan cheese



  1. Boil radiatore pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside 
  2. In a medium pan on medium heat, add in olive oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant 
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Pour in 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Chianti Wine Sauce and mix thoroughly
  5. Add in Italian seasoning and mix
  6. Pour in the cooked radiatore pasta and mix until the pasta is evenly coated in sauce 
  7. Off the heat, place pasta in a serving dish and garnish with parmesan cheese
  8. Enjoy!
