Chicken Gyros


2 x  mini cucumbers

1 x medium vine tomatoes

2 cups mixed lettuce

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing

5 x pita bread 

5 tbsp tzatziki 

10 x grilled chicken strips

¼ cup sliced red onion

⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese



  1. Slice cucumbers lengthwise 
  2. Slice tomatoes in half
  3. In a bowl, combine lettuce with Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing 
  4. To assemble the gyro: On a pita bread, spread 1 tbsp tzatziki and top with lettuce, 2 tomato slices, 3 cucumber slices, 2 chicken strips, 4 x red onion slices and crumbled feta cheese 
  5. Wrap each gyro in foil and enjoy! 
  6. Recipe yields 5 chicken gyros
