Eggs and Toast with Roasted Garlic Tomato Sauce


1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce

2 large eggs

⅛ tsp salt

⅛ tsp pepper

2 slices of sourdough

Garnish: fresh chives



  1. In a medium pan, add in olive oil and Yo Mama’s Roasted Garlic Sauce
  2. Crack 2 eggs onto the sauce
  3. Season eggs with salt and pepper
  4. Cook eggs until they are sunny side up
  5. Place eggs on top of toasted sourdough 
  6. Garnish with fresh chives 
  7. Enjoy!
