Fresh Sesame Spring Rolls


1 red bell pepper

3 mini cucumbers

10 x rice paper sheets

10 x small lettuce leaves

½ cup shredded carrots

2 cups cooked jumbo shrimp

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Sesame Dressing



  1. Slice bell pepper and cucumbers into thin strips and set aside
  2. Set a rice paper sheet in warm water for 5 seconds and place on a flat surface
  3. Place lettuce, cucumbers, bell pepper, shredded carrots and shrimp onto sheet and roll
  4. Repeat steps to make 10 rolls 
  5. Serve with Yo Mama’s Sesame Dressing 
  6. Enjoy!
