Greek Orzo Pasta Salad


2 cups Orzo 

½ cup sundried tomatoes

½ cup corn

½ cup chopped spinach

½ cup black olives

⅓ cup red onion

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup diced grilled chicken

½ bottle Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing



  1. Boil Orzo in salted water until al dente. Drain and place in a large salad bowl
  2. Top orzo with sundried tomatoes, corn, spinach, olives, onion, feta cheese and grilled chicken
  3. Pour ½ bottle of Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing 
  4. Mix salad until evenly coated in dressing 
  5. Enjoy!
