Greek Quinoa Salad


2 x mini cucumbers
2 cups cooked quinoa
⅓ cup grape tomatoes
⅓ cup kalamata olives
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup crumbled feta
½ cup Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing


  1. Slice the mini cucumbers into coins and set aside In a bowl, add in the cooked quinoa, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, feta and Yo Mama’s Greek Dressing 
  2. Mix salad thoroughly Garnish with black pepper 
  3. Enjoy!
