Octopus Ceviche


¼ small red onion 

3 large octopus tentacles, cooked 

½ cup Yo Mama’s Rose sauce 

½ tsp salt 

½ tsp pepper 

1 lime 

1 tbsp fresh parsley


  1. Roughly chop the red onion and octopus and set aside In a bowl, combine the onion, octopus, Yo Mama’s Rose sauce, salt, pepper, lime juice and parsley 
  2. Thoroughly mix and serve with tortilla chips Enjoy!
