Olive Oil Keto Cookies


4 + ½ tbsp Yo Mama’s Olive oil ¼ cup erythritol 1 egg 1 + ½ cups fine almond flour ¼ tsp baking soda ⅛ tsp salt 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips


  1. In a bowl, combine Yo Mama’s Olive oil, erythritol and egg. Mix thoroughly until the egg is fully mixed in
  2. Into the mixture, sift in the almond flour, baking soda and salt. Mix the ingredients together until a cookie dough forms
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips
  4. Chill cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
  5. Once cookie dough is chilled, scoop cookie dough using a medium ice cream scooper and place on a cookie tray
  6. Slightly press cookies down using a measuring cup
  7. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes 
  8. Out of the oven, cool cookies for 10 minutes and enjoy!
