Pink Pasta



1 cup Sliced Beets

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

4 x Garlic Cloves

¼ cup Goat Cheese

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Pepper

Juice from ¼ lemon 

⅓ cup Boiling Water

300g Rigatoni Pasta

¼ cup Yo Mama’s Olive Oil 

Garnish: Goat Cheese and Fresh Basil 



  1. In a blender, combine the sliced beets, parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, goat cheese, salt, pepper, lemon juice and boiling water
  2. Blend until smooth 
  3. Pour the sauce over cooked rigatoni pasta and mix until the pasta is evenly coated in sauce 
  4. Drizzle the Pasta with Yo Mama’s Olive Oil and Mix 
  5. Garnish with goat cheese and fresh basil
  6. Enjoy!
