Roasted Honey Balsamic Potatoes


3 cups mini potatoes 

⅓ cup olive oil 

1 tsp garlic salt 

½ tsp black pepper 

1 tbsp dried rosemary 

2 tbsp Yo Mama’s Honey Balsamic Dressing 

Garnish: sea salt


  1. Slice 3 cups of mini potatoes into quarters
  2. Soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes
  3. Drain potatoes and pat dry with a paper towel
  4. Once potatoes are dry, drizzle with olive oil and add in the garlic salt, black pepper, dried rosemary and Yo Mama;s Balsamic Dressing
  5. Mix until potatoes are evenly coated
  6. Place potatoes on a baking tray and bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes
  7. Out of the oven, top with sea salt 
  8. Enjoy!
