Rosé Wine Dutch Baby Pancake


¾ Cup All Purpose Flour

½ Tsp Salt

¾ Cup Milk

3 Eggs

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 ½ Cups Cherry Tomatoes

½ Tsp Salt and Pepper 

¾ Cup Pancetta

½ Jar Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce

2 Tbsp Butter

⅓ Cup Fresh Arugula

¼ Cup Grated Parmesan



  1. Place a 12” cast iron skillet in the oven as it preheats to 450F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, milk and eggs 
  3. Once the oven preheats, remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the butter. Coat the skillet evenly with butter 
  4. Pour in the pancake batter and place into the oven 
  5. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes 
  6. While the pancake bakes, in a medium pan on medium heat, add olive oil 
  7. Once the pan is hot, add in the cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper, pancetta, and Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce
  8. Mix until combined and let simmer for 5 minutes
  9. Once the pancake puffs up and is golden brown, remove from the oven
  10. Place tomato mixture on top of the pancake and garnish with fresh arugula and grated parmesan 
  11. Serve directly in the skillet and enjoy!
