Rosé Wine Stuffed Mushrooms


  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Yo Mama’s Rosé sauce, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  2. Mix with a hand mixer on low speed until combined 
  3. Place 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom and place in a baking dish
  4. Top mushrooms with the remaining mozzarella cheese 
  5. Bake at 350F for 25 - 30 minutes 
  6. Out of the oven, garnish with parsley and enjoy!

Note: recipe makes 20 stuffed mushrooms



  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Yo Mama’s Rosé Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese 
  • ¼ Tsp Salt and Pepper
  • ½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 11 Brown Cremini Mushrooms, Stems Removed 
  • Dried Parsley for Garnish
