Smashed Potatoes


680g little gems potatoes

2 tsp garlic salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped chives

⅓ cup Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup



  1. In a large pot, boil potatoes until they are fork tender
  2. Once potatoes are boiled, drain the water and place on a baking tray
  3. Using a measuring cup, smash the potatoes
  4. Season with garlic salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese
  5. Generously drizzle olive oil on the potatoes
  6. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through
  7. Garnish with fresh chives
  8. Enjoy with Yo Mama’s Classic Ketchup!
