Warm Brie and Chorizo Pastry Puffs


235g crescent dough

8 tsp Yo Mama’s Pizza Sauce

8 slices of brie cheese

8 slice chorizo

8 tsp cranberry jelly

4 tbsp melted butter

2 tbsp chopped pecans



  1. Cut crescent dough into 8 triangles
  2. In each triangle, add in 1 tsp Yo Mama’s Pizza Sauce, 1 slice of brie, 1 slice of chorizo and 1 tsp of cranberry jelly
  3. Roll the dough into a pocket, sealing all sides 
  4. Brush each pocket with melted butter and top with chopped pecans
  5. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown 
  6. Enjoy!
